We're are seeking a part-time Programs Manager who cares about empowering kids through service, social action + community-building experiences.

This position will work collaboratively with the Founder to develop ongoing family volunteer programming, including kid-friendly curriculums and project ideas that support a specific volunteer project, and ensure consistent + high quality programming.

We are seeking a candidate with:

• Strong organizational + time management skills

• Incredible attention to details

• Event planning skills a plus

• Nonprofit experience a plus

• Ability to effectively juggle multiple projects at once

• Ability to work remotely + independently

• Friendly + effective interpersonal skills (written and verbal)

• Tech savvy + able to learn new systems

• Proven ability to work collaboratively with others + establish ongoing relationships

• Willingness to act as Tucson Family Volunteers representative in the community
